Josh is the best. He is always pleasant, competent, and tries to save me money whenever he can. All the people at General Plumbing are true professionals.

Worst

The service and work was excellent, but the cost was exorbitant, way out of line!!!

Awesome service! 8/20/2019

Office manners were exceptional. Amy helped me out to set the appointment and scheduling when parts came in. Everything was easy and she is absolutely charming! Then Jose Crespo fixed my leak and replaced the parts needed. Extremely professional and accommodating to my hours. I am so glad I contacted them and selected them to fix my plumbing issues. Thank you! more

Home plumbing repairs 7/12/2019

I had a problem, and needed someone right away, and they made it happen. I always call General Plumbing and A/C, for their skills and their make the client happy. Toady Andrew came and did everything I needed, and left the area cleaner than when he arrived. more

As always, Josh came well within the time window. He did his work quietly and quickly and efficiently. He had new guy Colin with him, who was equally nice. They solved my problem and were out with no mess, and the good price quoted to me on the phone. As always , Amy called to give me a heads up that they were on their way. General is always on top of their game more

He did a GREAT job and I am more than willing to have him come back to our home to correct any plumbing problem we may have. He did the job in a timely manor and when he left everything was clean and neat where he had been working. Had this young professional kid looked at the issue I was having with my spigot outside my house,didn’t performed any job as of yet due to I have to wait for HOS for response,Reason why I decided to leave a review is because he was very intelligent and explained to me every single step I have to do to fix my issue,also looked at other things while he was there that I might want to replace in the future,in general this young man was amazing and the lady in the office as well.ill leave another review once job is done more

Excellent Company! 5/30/2019

My Plumber was Jose. He ran an auger down the second floor toilet. He replaced the shower head on the upstairs shower. He also installed a stopper for the sink in my powder room. I needed the toilet seats tightened and he also fixed that problem as well. Jose was excellent. He told me the charges up front for each repair. I especially liked he explained each charge in detail. He made me feel comfortable with his knowledge of the job. Jose was soft spoken and very attentive to detail.He respected my home and concerns.I have found the best plumbing company for all my future repairs.this company is excellent more

All of your technicians are great at what they do but I have to give kudos to Louis Gavilan. Louis is a breath of fresh air. He goes over and beyond to provide the most amazing customer service I have ever seen in this industry. He is kind, friendly, very respectful, listens to what you say, looks you in the eye and always reviews the details before he rushes out so he completely understands the details. His polite demeanor is refreshing. You are lucky to have such a superstar! more
