I went to Gene Messer Ford 4-7-14 and found a great deal on a truck and when they did the estimate for my truck they offered me 22,000$ for my 2012 Toyota tundra 4x4 with 15000 mi. I was disgusted with them and their offer..... I was offered 28,000 by another Ford dealer earlier in the same day. Is this the standard for this branch of Gene Messer ? I triple checked the trade in value and the 28,000 dollar offer was reasonable and fair. I will be returning to talk with a manager or higher up this is insulting. WATCH YOUR BACK is all I am trying to say.. more

As always, my experience was positive. The repair was handled professionally and promptly. I was very impressed with the concern that this repair be taken care of immediately due to the fact that it could have caused me to have significant problems with my vehicle.\r more

Everyone was friendly-----I think they went above and beyond the call of duty----expecially the concierge (Kristi)----I failed to notice the 3 : 00 Sat closing time for the Service Dept-----i came in 30 minutes after and she did everything possible to get my car for me-----but still had to pick it up Monday---no big deal-THANKS FOR YOUR EFFORT KRISTI more

I had to wait longer than I used to... but that`s probably because I didn`t make an appt. I used to either change my oil myself or take it to Bolton`s... but use Gene Messer now because the price is right... and you all compete time-wise (usually!) with Boltons. Plus I don`t have to recycle my oil myself and Ford experts to check the rest of my vehicle. Steve usually waits on me... and really enjoy his expertise and working with him. Tell him hello for me. Plus I got to check out that Boss 302 while I was waiting..... made it worth it..... If I were a wealthy man... I`d have driven that thing home and sent somebody to pick up my Explorer. more

This is the 3rd vehicle I have bought from the Gene Messer autogroup. But this is my first time buying with Gene Messer Ford. I have to say I am quite pleased with the staff... from Evan Davis the sales consultant who tracked down the vehicle for me... to the polite and friendly concierge to the finance manager who closed the deal for me...everyone was friendly... knowledgable and courteous. And the new building looks great. Great job all around. more

Gene Messer Ford of Lubbock was hands down the best experience I`ve ever had with a dealership. They gave me an excellent price up front and offered me the latest rebates without even having to ask. I dealt with Alex Martinez via e-mail and he answered my emails within 12 hours each (I was very Impressed). When I arrived I dealt with Scott Lawrentree(Spelling) who thought I would be arriving the next day. They had my car washed and ready to go before I could even finish signing the paperwork. The customer service I experienced from this dealership was hands down the best. I will refer anyone looking for a FORD to this dealership! more

Mike Angerer knew exactley what we wanted and led us straight the right vehicle. He did not pressure us into buying something we couldn`t afford. He was very proffesional and did not make us feel as if we were being taken advantage of as some other local dealerships salesmen did. Your finance person did not try to force a bunch of extra warranties or other offers on us. more

Very pleasant! 6/2/2011

Pleasant sales experience. Traded in an 2006 f-150 for the 2011 f-150 and I still own a 2002 f-150 that is still running strong and until I bought the 2011. I would have said the 2002 was the best I?ve ever owned but I believe the 2011 could be better. more
