Gene Messer Ford of Lubbock was hands down the best experience I`ve ever had with a dealership. They gave me an excellent price up front and offered me the latest rebates without even having to ask. I dealt with Alex Martinez via e-mail and he answered my emails within 12 hours each (I was very Impressed). When I arrived I dealt with Scott Lawrentree(Spelling) who thought I would be arriving the next day. They had my car washed and ready to go before I could even finish signing the paperwork. The customer service I experienced from this dealership was hands down the best. I will refer anyone looking for a FORD to this dealership!
