Regretfully today it was necessary for us to seek help since we woke up to no heat in our home. As you can imagine, we were not happy about this! It was Sunday and who wants to deal with such an inconvenience (particularly on a Sunday Morning)? To our delight Kennedy and Johnny B. arrived at our door. Two more pleasant people could not have been sent to our rescue. With great presence and skill they promptly corrected the problem with our furnace. In addition they patiently took time to thoroughly answer all of our inquiries. Gem Plumbing and Heating are most fortunate to have these two young men as part of their team. Dennis was extremely helpful in identifying the issues with my faucets over the phone so that I could be prepared with replacement parts for my European faucets before he arrived, saving me a second service call.
