Robin Cheri and Gator Storage are awesome to work with! I worked with Robin to rent a Uhaul truck and received the best, friendliest service ever! I’ve moved 17 times in my life, due to the Air Force and later chasing a career in communications electronics. The move facilitated by Gator was without question the smoothest. It started out with a crazy schedule. Robin came in on Sunday morning, her day off, and the day before her vacation to sign over the truck. She was exceptionally pleasant and was genuinely interested in making our move as smooth as possible. The truck was clean and ready to go and she provided us with all the necessary items – blankets, dolly, boxes, etc. On the way out we were offered a cold bottle of water for the road! I highly recommend this business to anyone needing a Uhaul rental or storage. Thanks Gator Storage!!! more

We were from out of state but had heard about Gator Storage when we bought a home at The Plantation. Our annual habit is to bounce from Maine to Mexico and so naturally we rely a lot on the word of others when in an unfamiliar location. Wouldn’t you know, two weeks later, our leasing agent phoned to say she had a long term renter for us but that she wanted the house empty. Well this threw us into a bit of a panic and we rushed down to Leesburg, started with a visit to Gator and were so pleased with our initial personal contact and with the facilities, we signed an annual lease immediately without shopping around, which is not our normal way of doing business. But we later found, in this case, it proved to be a wise and time saving decision on our part. We were provided with a clean, secure and easy to access locker and the rest of the move went without a hitch, bad pun I know. We especially appreciate the extra effort put forth by you folks when our Tenant all of a sudden decided she wanted the washer and dryer, which of course had already been stored, and your part in making that happen after we were already long gone. Competitive pricing is one thing but it is the excellence in service which keeps us coming back to whomever is providing a service we need and we are unreservedly happy to provide our references for Gator Storage. Gator Storage ended up helping us out. We were looking for a storage facility on a Sunday, and Robin let us in and processed all the paperwork for us, even thpough the office was closed and Robin was just in trying to catch up on her paperwork. I want to let everyone know how great the people at Gator Storage are. My family was faced with eviction due to my husband having back surgery and the people here have been wonderful. They helped us with renting a Uhaul and got us into one of their large storage units for one month. Their units are very nice and clean and their customer service is excellent. more

I have been with Gator Storage since 2003. Since I have been with them, I have not had any problems. In fact, they have helped me more than they can imagine. My household was reduced to one income because I was accepted for the Nurse Anesthesiology program and I could not work while I was in the program. They were very understanding when my husband and I could not make a payment. To my surprise, Gator Storage had flowers delivered to my home when I graduated from Nurse Anesthesiology School. I am glad I selected Gator Storage as the place to store and secure my valuable belongings. more
