We were from out of state but had heard about Gator Storage when we bought a home at The Plantation. Our annual habit is to bounce from Maine to Mexico and so naturally we rely a lot on the word of others when in an unfamiliar location. After two more trips to Florida, we completed furnishing our home and were back up in Maine.
Wouldn’t you know, two weeks later, our leasing agent phoned to say she had a long term renter for us but that she wanted the house empty. Well this threw us into a bit of a panic and we rushed down to Leesburg, started with a visit to Gator and were so pleased with our initial personal contact and with the facilities, we signed an annual lease immediately without shopping around, which is not our normal way of doing business.
But we later found, in this case, it proved to be a wise and time saving decision on our part. We were provided with a clean, secure and easy to access locker and the rest of the move went without a hitch, bad pun I know. We especially appreciate the extra effort put forth by you folks when our Tenant all of a sudden decided she wanted the washer and dryer, which of course had already been stored, and your part in making that happen after we were already long gone.
Competitive pricing is one thing but it is the excellence in service which keeps us coming back to whomever is providing a service we need and we are unreservedly happy to provide our references for Gator Storage.
