Dr Gallo is a GREAT GUY! He is an awesome dentist! He fixed many of my teeth. Root canals wisdom tooth extraction all done in office. my kids think it is AWESOME to have a ninja dentist! He is currently fitting my son for braces and has been great with my entire family! I took my 6 year old son here. My son needed fillings. The dentist came in, never talked to my son or told him what he was doing, rolled his eyes and huffed numerous times like he was inconvenienced, and walked out without saying a word. I had to get after care instructions from the hygienist who was in the front office. 3 months later both fillings came out. Due to the bad experience, I took him elsewhere to have them take a look. Upon reviewing the X-rays, this dentist severed the roots of 3 of his teeth!! He also didn't prep the teeth which is why his fillings fell out and he also drilled into his neighboring tooth which was healthy. For the past 3 years I've been working with this other pediatric office to repair the damages. My son has had 2 abscesses from the teeth that were killed and he has also had 2 extractions so far of the teeth this ""dentist"" ""worked"" on. Don't go here. I think he's fine with adults, but do you really want to go to someone who would do this to a child?? more

I switched over to these guys earlier this year when I found employment with benefits. I've had two appointments with them so far-- a dental cleaning and a cavity filling. I'm pretty shocked at the handful of bad reviews. The people there were awesome-- the secretary was really friendly (always smiling!), Dr. Gallo seems like a great guy, and the dental assistant was actually really cool and fun to talk to. I was taken in on-time on both occasions, and during the cavity filling, they even took me in EARLY and got me out within 5 minutes, so I was out by the time I was supposed to start the appointment. Since I work for an insurance company, I always worry about getting work done that I don't need-- it's just in the dentist's interest to tell you to get as much work done as possible, so he gets more business. I know nothing about dental work, so I asked the dental assistant (woman who looks like she's 22 but apparently is in her mid thirties) if I should get fluoride treatment done-- I pretty much said, ""I should probably get it, huh?"" She was honest with me and said it wasn't really necessary for someone my age to do it. Same with taking out my wisdom teeth-- her and the dentist agreed that any dental work is unnecessary. That's something that makes me trust them a lot more. The place also looks pretty nicely decorated, and is next to a pizza place that serves pretty good food. I had a great time, and feel obligated to let people know that it's a good establishment. more

To make' a l'ong story short this ""dentist"" did such a horrible job on my root canal another dental practice had to extract my tooth! They couldn`t believe a licensed dentist did the work. This office had also repeatedly filled the same fillings at least 3 to 4 times and the billed my insurance for procedures and devices i never had! If i can say anything good about this place it would be dont go here. I'm 31 and now missing a permanant tooth :-( more

This is the worst dentist by far. The staff is the rudest I have ever seen. They do not know how to treat patients and they belittle them. I will never go back again nor will my family members. This place should be closed down, or at least the dentist should be wise enough to hire a competent staff. The receptionist does not respond nicely and is very downgrading to patients. As I waited for over 45 minutes for my appointment I could notice a lot of things. Really, you think with patients in the waiting room she could hold her tongue. more

Immediately did not like the vibes I got on my first visit. The office is cramped and uninviting. The service feels very unpersonal. Unprofessional. My 13 year old daughter had to have her first filling. She was terrified after being traumatized by a hospitalization a year earlier. My daughter was slightly sobbing out of fear and the dentist Mimiced her! I could not believe it. He made fun of her instead of calming her. We will never go back again. Pros: Convenient location Cons: The entire experience beginning as soon as you walk in the door. more

i would not recommend anyone to go there. i had a very bad experience and the staff is very unpleasent. there isn't an office manager there at all times when you have questions aBOUT A BILL OR EVEN ABOUT THE PRACTICE ITS SELF.t HE DOCTOR AND THE REST OF THE STAFF JUST SEeM TO BE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNETHICAL.
