Pam and her professional staff have always made me feel "at home" and given me the best hair, nail, product and spa services. So many people compliment my color and cut. I refer them to GALLERIA. Massage was great but communication was lacking 1/17/2012

The massage was wonderful. The problem was that it was the first time I had been there and I was not told I needed to be there early to fill out paperwork and get a tour. I then had to feel like an idoit because I wasn't told what I needed to do. more

I can't say enough about Paulette. She is so professional and always makes sure I'm relaxed and enjoying my visit. You can tell it's about the customer. As for Gareth, I just love him. He always takes the time to explain what he's doing and gives me the most fabulous hair cuts. A true artist. more

Facial, Massage, Pedicure 1/9/2012

I really enjoyed my experience at the Salon and Spa. I have referred a friend of mine for services. Adrian will be stopping in to see you soon. I think that the pedicure was awesome however, I still have dead skin on my heels. When I go to the place I usually do, my heels are completely dead skin free. The other services were awesome as well, with nothing negative to say. Enjoy your day! more

Excellent afternoon! 1/4/2012

My massage was the best. From the moment I checked in everyone was professional and courteous. Brandon was very qualified and cordial. He worked hard to meet my needs and send me out relaxed and reinvigorated. He succeeded on all fronts. I recommend this spa to all. I will be back! more

Galleria 1/2/2012

My facial by Heidi was fabulous and both me and my daughter's full body massages were great as well. However, I am extremely disappointed in my daughter's acne facial. Her facial consisted of the extraction of her acne with a sharp object which in turn has left horrible looking dark marks on her face that I really hope will go away one day. I would never recommend an acne facial to anyone!!! The Spa should either re-think offering this service or give warnings to customers before the treatment is given. more

Everyone at the Galaria are very nice and the place is extremely relaxing. Emily the colorist and stylist that did my hair was great. The color and cut are amazing. You get what you pay for! more
