My facial by Heidi was fabulous and both me and my daughter's full body massages were great as well. However, I am extremely disappointed in my daughter's acne facial. Her facial consisted of the extraction of her acne with a sharp object which in turn has left horrible looking dark marks on her face that I really hope will go away one day. I would never recommend an acne facial to anyone!!! The Spa should either re-think offering this service or give warnings to customers before the treatment is given.
