I will NEVER be back here! My wife came in to get a massage and she was told because she was pregnant that she count not have a massage. Instead they gave her a 80$ facial. NOT WO...

My husband and I had massages and pedicures. The massages were fantastic and worth the rate. The pedicures were nice, ladies did a good job but, they were not anything special, and to be honest, just overpriced! I can get a better pedicure for a lower price at the nail spa at the mall. One thing I will say is everyone was very friendly and helpful, except one older woman at the front desk.....so rude! It is ashame to have such a poor attitude when you are the first and the last person you see! more

loved everythinggg!!!! pedi was amazingggg and my technician was very friendly:) she was also educated on the anatomy of feet and hand (and nails of course!) def will request her again (it was deane) more

Spa Service 1/30/2012

Sylvia was WONDERFUL. I received the best massage on Saturday. The level of service was above and beyond GREAT! Clary was GREAT! The pedicure was much needed. This is why I love the Galleria Salon & Spa. I have been to several other Salon & Spa but none compares to the Galleria Salon & Spa. Thank You for the Wonderful Service. more

Best Birthday Gift 1/28/2012

I celebrated my birthday at the Galleria Salon & Spa. I truly enjoyed myself. Rhonda did my massage, and she did a wonderful job! Kudos to Rhonda. Vickie did my facial, she did a wonderful job also! Kudos to Vickie! The entire staff was very professional. I will definitely be back!!!!!!!!!!! more

Always an Excellent Experience 1/27/2012

I received reflexology and a deep-tissue. This was the first time for the reflexology so I didn't know what to expect. However, the deep-tissue was priceless. Not only was the actual treatment good but Dee, my technician explained to me what was going on with the knots in my back and how I could help relieve some of the tension until my next appointment. I originally requested a male but Dee did just as good as any male tech I have experienced. Even though I have experienced treatments throughout the United States and all over the world including Africa, I have always referred people to the Galleria Salon and Spa. Galleria is established, professional and consistent with respect to good treatments. I was also impressed with the fact that I called Galleria in the morning and was able to schedule my treatments (in the order that I wanted them) for that evening without hesitation - for that Galleria gets 10 gold stars. more

Appt time was on time in fact I was seen sooner In and out in no time. I like the way the tips are Handled now. The old way was so time consuming To fill out envelops etc more

What can I say? Everyone at the reception area was very helpful and sweet! Loren took such good care of me and my little do myself haircolor that I tried to do. Fifi gives an awesome shampoo! Danielle relaxed me so much that I forgot where I was. My nail technician made me giggle the whole time. My day of pampering was unexpected and was the best experience in a salon I have ever had. Thank you to Mrs. Roberts for being so sweet and to the whole staff who made me feel special and at home. more
