They were responsive and professional. 3/5/2012

We decided to try Blue Science Pool Service after purchasing a home and moving to Plano TX. When calling around we found their responses to our questions about their pool maintenance plans to be the most up front. It took almost a week before our first service visit. Dave answered all our questions and showed us how to run our pool equipment. The pool has been clean every week since. The customer service and responsiveness is very fast. Usually we get through. If not we are called back right away if we leave a message. We feel our pool service rates are a good value. Having our pool serviced and chemicals maintained saves us lots of time. more

Trustworthy Company and Owner 3/4/2012

I've known Gabe, the owner, for many years. He's an honest and truthful businessperson. He's also had a hand in the pool business for longer than I can remember. I no longer work in the pool service business, but I did for 5 years, and Gabe personally taught me how to service pools over a decade ago. If you're tired of dealing with people who won't deliver on service (both customer service, and pool service), just quit looking and call Blue Science. You won't be sorry you did. more

A Great Help! 3/3/2012

Hi. My husband has Parkinson’s and I have spent a lot of time taking care of him. Since hiring Blue Science I haven’t had to worry about anything with my pool. They have been great. They are always quick to answer the phone and eager to help with anything. My tech’s have been great and done a wonderful job. They have been timely and the pool has never looked better. I’ve had some other bad companies in the past and Blue Science is definitely the best pool service company. more

Impressive Pool Service 3/2/2012

I have been very impressed with Blue Science Pool Service! I had worked with many different pool companies - that had no knowledge of customer service. With Blue Science - not only can I count on them in the Spring/Summer months when it really matters - but also in winter months when I have had issues - but they have always been so fast to respond and so helpful - my pool always looks awesome! more

Great choice for Pool Service 3/1/2012

I made a good choice with this pool service. They do such great work to keep my pool blue and running smooth that I rest easy. They are even polite about me being late on my bill. more
