We've had Blue Science as our pool service for the past year and our tech, David Molnar is amazing. He lets us know everything...shows us what is going on and explains what it is he is doing and more importantly, he explains why. Also, he sends me a text or calls me when he is completing the weekly service to let me know he's come out, what he's found, what he's done and what chemicals have been added or what service has been performed. Blue Science has really found a gem when they got David! Our pool is 30 years old and looks better than most newer pools due to David's care! There have only been a few times that I've had any sort of issues and this was prior to David Molnar working on our pool and all it took was a phone call to the manager and it was immediately (same day) rectified. If Blue Science continues to employ people like David, they are definitely headed in the right direction and should earn the lion's share of business in the Dallas area.
