Hot Water Heater Replacement 7/2/2017

Preston arrived early (!!!!), quickly evaluated my situation, recommended replacing my hot water heater and got to work as soon as I gave the okay. I was a bit concerned about my cats getting in the way, especially my one particularly friendly female, but Preston was incredibly kind to her and took time to pet her several times. He got the job done quickly, cleaned everything up, and I was very pleased with the work. more

Outstanding inspection and review of my Heat Pump/AC systems. This is the second year Joe Hile has been the Service Tech and he does an outstanding job. He explains things very well and makes sure all components are reviewed. Hope he comes back again next year! more

A/C Repair 6/27/2017

Of course, during the heat wave, our A/C unit stopped working. Called G.F. Bowman in the AM and they had James S. at our house within a couple of hours. James immediately went to work finding and fixing the problem within an hour. James was very knowledgeable and professional and we are extremely happy with the results. After getting the unit operations James took the time to explain what the problem was and to recommend future actions. We are happy we chose G.F. Bowman and glad they sent James to fix our problem. more

I switched to Bowman's from the company that installed my system about 10 years ago and have never regretted the change. Joe Hile who has serviced our system for the past several years, is highly skilled, very conscientious, and personable. He explains his observations and is patient as I ask questions. I have immense confidence in Joe Hile and in G.F. Bowman. more

Prompt, courteous, efficient, reasonable 6/19/2017

I was extremely pleased that G.F.Bowman was able to send a technician to my house so promptly after my call for a non- functioning air conditioner this morning. James arrived within 2 hours, was extremely courteous and professional and fixed the issue in reasonable time. He appeared very thorough in his manner of checking various aspects of the system and was willing to explain his actions to me. I would highly recommend this company and this technician! more

Running toilet fixed - five stars ! 5/19/2017

I called Bowman yesterday afternoon and their repairman Preston F. was here early this morning. He identified the problem immediately, gave me an estimate before repairs, got the needed part, and was in and out of my home in quick time. Preston F. has been here before, (fall cleaning/adjustments to furnace) and was just as friendly, reassuring, and competent as before. He cleaned up the area, fully explained the repair, and left a detailed receipt which really helps with record keeping. Retired and in my late 60's, I'm so thankful to have a reliable "team" to call when I need help. They are my "go to" guys ! -And thanks to Rebecca at the office, too ! more

Great Service and found an issue unknown to me 3/22/2017

Matt L. came to my house to do his first annual service for my air conditioning unit. He discovered that the humidifier unit has not been working since it was installed 4 years ago! The builder's HVAC person has been out several times in the past 4 years for issues but never noticed anything wrong with this. Glad I switched to Bowman's! more
