Review content:
I called Bowman yesterday afternoon and their repairman Preston F. was here early this morning. He identified the problem immediately, gave me an estimate before repairs, got the needed part, and was in and out of my home in quick time. Preston F. has been here before, (fall cleaning/adjustments to furnace) and was just as friendly, reassuring, and competent as before. He cleaned up the area, fully explained the repair, and left a detailed receipt which really helps with record keeping. Retired and in my late 60's, I'm so thankful to have a reliable "team" to call when I need help. They are my "go to" guys ! -And thanks to Rebecca at the office, too !
