Dennis K. was an excellent Service Pro. The work performed was also excellent and included, at no addition cost, correction of a small problem I unknowingly created myself but which appeared to have significant furnace performance effects. This tells me he thoroughly examined the entire system to insure optimum performance. Bowman installed and has serviced my furnace twice. I would not allow anyone else near it. more

We had Matt L come out today and do an annual service call/cleaning. He went above and beyond (helped to get airflow into one of our bedrooms that wasn't getting much air) and was very professional. more

Bowman's provides great service, from fast response, excellent workmanship and cordial, friendly service people. We use them for HVAC and plumbing. They have always been very responsive, including when a line was plugged in our AC which caused a leak in the basement on the day we were showing our home. Bowman's arrived the same day and fixed the problem before anyone noticed. We have an annual contract with them for maintaining our HVAC which we purchased from them. We have never been dissatisfied. more

Same day service and professional care and knowledge by Dennis K. Dennis came through with a promise to find a new motor and he was quick to find it and return. He spent the time to discuss with me (the church building maintenance man) and to install the new motor quickly and professionally. Was impressed how quickly he knew the system (several zones and controls). more

Over a three day weekend (of course), we experienced a loss of water pressure. We called G.F. Bowman who has been our HVAC and plumbing company for many years. As usual, in very short order, Preston was at our door to investigate the problem. Before too long, he was able to determine that we had an underground leak between the well casing and the house. I dug down near the casing & found a cracked coupling between the pitless adapter and the water line leading to the house. On Monday, Rob Redmond came to assess the problem. We determined the best solution was to have a technician attempt to replace the cracked coupling by digging the hole a bit larger. The following day at 7:15am, Dennis K. showed up and immediately went to work. Within a couple of hours, he had a new coupling installed and we were ready to test the fix. Dennis's fix worked perfectly but unfortunately, the well pump would not build up enough pressure to "kick off" so after 30 years, it was time for a new pump. Dennis needed parts and assistance to replace the pump and soon, Jake K. showed up with the necessary parts. For the next five hours or so, Dennis and Jake did an outstanding job of replacing the pump and all the necessary wiring, water pipe and other ancillary parts. By the end of a pretty long day, everything was up and running. Once again, we are very pleased with G.F. Bowman's response time and professional workmanship. Special thanks to Rob Redmond, Dennis Kreiser, Preston Fergus, Jake K. and the ladies in the office who made all this come together. We definitely recommend G.F. Bowman as an outstanding, customer oriented and professional company. more

When an unexpected part needed to be installed and could not be found locally he drove off towards Annville to meet up with a colleague that brought the missing part. Sunday morning and the sink in the powder room is leaking. We tried to turn the water off under the sink but it was leaking above the turn off. We called G.F. Bowman and they had Dennis call us. He was at our home within an hour. He fixed the leak and was very pleasant! Thank you for taking care of us after hours! That's fantastic customer service! more
