Tom rang our door bell at 7:30 a.m. on 10-5-2015, as scheduled. He worked quietly and answered questions when asked. He set up the Nest thermostat, explained the system and how to input data. He was polite, efficient, clean, clear in definition and left before 9:00 a.m. He represented his company well. more

Customer Service 4/14/2015

G. F. Bowman Service Pro Joe Hile serviced our air conditioning unit Last week. He have provided this service to us in the past and we have been extremely pleased. Yesterday Joe replaced out hot water heater which was 20 years old. Again, he provided excellent customer service. He is polite, personable, and knowledgeable. He takes his work seriously and does a great job. He explains everything that is needed and everything that he does to complete the job. I have received excellent service from G. F. Bowman for many years and Joe Hile represents the best of the company. I highly recommend G. F. Bowman, Inc and Joe Hile. more

Repair of our furnace by Mike F. 11/22/2014

We have been, and continue to be, very happy with G.F. Bowman. They provide excellent service and advice. We recently had a Peerless propane furnace installed that is so much more efficient, quiet and unobtrusive than the oil burner that we had for many years. The technology is amazing. The other day we experienced an automatic code warning that indicated that it was burning too hot. We called Bowman and set up an appointment time when my wife and I could both be here. The technician, Mike F., came early this morning. He was very helpful. He fixed the problem, explained what had triggered the problem code in the readout, cleaned a sensor, restarted the furnace and it is now working very well. While here he also consulted with a superior in the company. He did not expect there would be any further problem with the unit and we know that if there ever would be a need, we are in very good hands. Mike was very personable and knowledgable and we are very happy with all the good workmanship we have experienced from G.F. Bowman more

Knowledgeable and Friendly 11/14/2014

I was very happy with my service from G.F. Bowman, Inc. The technician "Tom" was very knowledgeable and was able to assess what was wrong with my heating system very quickly. He also showed me what each part was and how it related to my heating system. He gave me lots of options and was really easy to talk to and friendly. Great service and great people. Thank you more

Jim has been a service technician in both our home and rental property a number of times, and he is outstanding. He explains everything he is doing, cautions about what to be aware of, give the homeowner the option to repair/replace if needed, and is SO courteous! An Outstanding representative of GF Bowman, and one of the many reasons we would never use anyone else for our plumbing, heating or air conditioning needs!! more

Review of Joe Hile, Service Technician at G.F.Bowman 6/18/2014

On May 16th, Joe Hile replaced our compressor and run capacitor in our geothermal system. My husband and I are completely satisfied with Joe's work. Joe diagnosed the problem correctly and made the repairs successfully and quickly. Joe performed the work competently and in a professional manner. We are pleased to recognize Joe's expertise and his conscientious work ethic. We will definitely request that Joe continue to service our geothermal system. Thank you. Donna and Roger Knauth more

had the opportunity to have Dennis K from G.F. Bowman in Cleona come to evaluate and do yearly servicing on my air and heat units, as well as sump system. He arrive promptly when scheduled, and was extremely thorough as well as informative. I recommend Dennis K as well as all of the other techs from Bowman with no hesitation. more

AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE 4/18/2014

G.F. BOWMAN ROCKS!!!!We have been customers for a many years now. We had a very BAD experience with another company. I made a few phone calls to find a company that would honor the remaining parts warranty on our Trane Central Air unit. That was not an easy task. Everyone from the customer service reps to the technicians have been nothing but TOP NOTCH!! We have a non standard size filter, the reps ordered and called us to pick them up. The service rep diagnosed and fixed what was wrong after ordering the parts needed. They kept their word and honored what remained on the parts warranty. We have since had the yearly maintenance agreement. I love that the company calls and reminds us when it is time. Joe H has been to our home from one of the very first appointments, and a few times since then, he is knowledgeable and friendly. He informs us of any concerns or any suggestion he has for the best results for our unit. He always puts on shoes covers when entering and sometimes this could 5 to 6 times in one visit. We LOVE G. F. Bowman and recommend them very highly. more

We have used G.F. Bowman, Inc numerous times. They have been great every with every call . The receptionist is always friendly and sincere. We never feel that we are " wasting" their time like other companies. Joe H was our technician. He is always friendly and very professional. He always has our best interest at heart and never rushes through any job. He is extremely knowledgeable. We would recommend G.F Bowman, Inc to everybody, anytime! more
