G.F. BOWMAN ROCKS!!!!We have been customers for a many years now. We had a very BAD experience with another company. I made a few phone calls to find a company that would honor the remaining parts warranty on our Trane Central Air unit. That was not an easy task. Everyone from the customer service reps to the technicians have been nothing but TOP NOTCH!! We have a non standard size filter, the reps ordered and called us to pick them up. The service rep diagnosed and fixed what was wrong after ordering the parts needed. They kept their word and honored what remained on the parts warranty. We have since had the yearly maintenance agreement. I love that the company calls and reminds us when it is time. Joe H has been to our home from one of the very first appointments, and a few times since then, he is knowledgeable and friendly. He informs us of any concerns or any suggestion he has for the best results for our unit. He always puts on shoes covers when entering and sometimes this could 5 to 6 times in one visit. We LOVE G. F. Bowman and recommend them very highly.
