I met Glen years ago when we needed a disposal repair through one of the Home Warranty programs. The first plumber left saying the warranty company had not paid him. Glen admitted the same but fixed the disposal anyway.\r \r Since then he has come to our rescue numerous times, always prompt, always professional. All of my neighbors rely on me for reliable repairman recommendations. Glen is on this list.\r \r Just a word on the above comment regarding John Moore and their ""free"" estimates? Do not fall prey to them! I called them out for a heater problem and they tried to charge before I even hired them, saying they had already done some work up there. I too wanted a second opinion, the repairman insisted my daughter pay him before leaving. I had to call their office and demand a refund. NEVER AGAIN, I scoff at their ""no service charge"" claims in their ads.\r I am expectingGlen this afternoon for a broken pipe, no water until he arrives, but I know I can rely on him to be here and be fair.\r more

Gap Plumbing offers great service, great value and professional employees. 10/31/2012

Gap Plumbing installed my hot water heater after my 10 plus year heater failed. They were on time and their estimate was better than all the home improvement stores for the brand hot water heater I wanted.They were polite,quick and very professional. I strongly recommend them and I will certainly make them my plumber of choice. more

Excellent. 8/3/2012

I have used GAP Plumbing several times. The first time I called them out was for a backup in my return line. Two other plumbers had come out before to fix the problem before I called GAP. When GAP came, they found the problem within five minutes when the other plumbers had taken close to an hour each. I asked them to come out again this week for two different problems. They were really quick and neat. I am very impressed. The biggest thing about GAP is the neatness of the people they send out. They clean up so well after themselves that you can't even tell they were there. more

Excellent customer service and quick workers. 5/14/2012

GAP Plumbings customer service was great. From Teri answering the phone to the two gentleman who completed the work at my house in record time, the service was great. Everybody was friendly and treated me with respect. I have used them twice. First they came and fixed a water pipe leak for my outside spout and then they updated the main water valve into my house. more

It's not just their work--it's the people and the attitude at GAP Plumbing! I'm going to get a stack of their business cards! I have a contractor friend and our son has a business. We met GAP Plumbing when we had a frozen water pipe three years ago, and they came out and corrected it in the dark. There was a leak in the ceiling another time, and there was no one else we were going to call after taht. Then we needed replace all our plumbing because there was sludge building up. GAP Plumbing is knowledgeable and they calm your worries! more

Best Plumbers Ever 3/30/2012

My water heater went out yesterday. I called John Moore and a guy came out and quoted over $1,200.00 to replace it. I decided to get a second opinion and called GAP Plumbing. Glen came out the same day and made repairs of less than $200.00. I'll never use those big guys again. GAP Plumbing will be my forever plumber. more

Best Plumber Ever 1/6/2012

Fast Service, friendly people. I've been using them for awhile now, and when I had a stopped up sink on January 1, 2012 I called, Mrs. Terri answered and Glenn came right over. The best part - Its a Sunday and a Holiday - I paid regular service pricing! Can't beat that. more

I had used GAP Plumbing before, and they did a good job, so when I needed some plumbing work done recently, I gave them a call. They are friendly with their customers, timely and dependable. They do quality work. I'd recommend their services to anybody! more

I'd give GAP Plumbing a 6 for Value. I actually found them in the yellow pages. I needed plumbing done on the weekend, and they did a great job. They didn't charge me extra for a weekend run either. I liked the work they did, so I asked if they could do the whole bathroom, and now I have them doing the entire plumbing job. It's a rare person you find that you like and trust immediately, and that's what I found right there. Ken Aucoin more

Bath/Laundry room remodel 4/16/2011

Friendly crew. Had to change the piping to fit where the cabinet was installed after the initial installation, even though we had plans to show the cabinet dimensions. I need to call to remind them to complete the hole covers where the pipes are through the wall. more

Thanks GAP Plumbing! James came out to my house on short notice to fix a leak which caused me to have to shut off my water in the entire house. They repaired the faucet and had me back up a n running in no time. Also educated me on how to take care of overall plumbing and things to look for and preventative tips. Gap plumbing is a fantastic company to work with. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. more

I thought GAP Plumbing was great! I haven't finished up with them yet, but so far it's been very acceptable. We're doing a remodel and there were a couple of little issues with planning and foresight that could have been improved. I'm just a home owner, not a contractor, and there was some rework because of that, but I think it was alright. It was no one in particular's fault, so so far so good. I would also like to add that Teri is very pleasant. The receptionist, Teri, is a nice lady, and she's very helpful. more

You can trust GAP Plumbing. 11/29/2010

I have never actually met any of the people at GAP Plumbing. I call them when I have a problem, they come to my house and fix it, and then they call a couple of days later for payment. I leave them a key, and they come when I am at work. It is an honor system. It is really nice, they don't charge me until I have had time to check everything out. It is kind of an unusual arrangement. You don't find a lot of places willing to do work and then get paid a couple of days later. It really is an honor system. The work so far has been good. I have never had to ask them back to deal with a problem. They just fixed something the other day, and so far it has been good. GAP Plumbing is really honest. The main thing is that you can trust them. I have a lot of valuables in my house, and there has never been anything missing. It is nice having plumbers I can trust, even though I have never met them in person. more

Great Job! 11/18/2010

I have used Gap Plumbing for three jobs now. They are professional, on time, and couteous. They even go so far as to wear protective booties on their shoes so they did'nt track in dirt into my home. They are fair, honest, and do great work. I would recommend them to anyone! more
