Review content:
I met Glen years ago when we needed a disposal repair through one of the Home Warranty programs. The first plumber left saying the warranty company had not paid him. Glen admitted the same but fixed the disposal anyway.\r
\r
Since then he has come to our rescue numerous times, always prompt, always professional. All of my neighbors rely on me for reliable repairman recommendations. Glen is on this list.\r
\r
Just a word on the above comment regarding John Moore and their ""free"" estimates? Do not fall prey to them! I called them out for a heater problem and they tried to charge before I even hired them, saying they had already done some work up there. I too wanted a second opinion, the repairman insisted my daughter pay him before leaving. I had to call their office and demand a refund. NEVER AGAIN, I scoff at their ""no service charge"" claims in their ads.\r
I am expectingGlen this afternoon for a broken pipe, no water until he arrives, but I know I can rely on him to be here and be fair.\r
