I'd give GAP Plumbing a 6 for Value. I actually found them in the yellow pages. I needed plumbing done on the weekend, and they did a great job. They didn't charge me extra for a weekend run either. I liked the work they did, so I asked if they could do the whole bathroom, and now I have them doing the entire plumbing job. It's a rare person you find that you like and trust immediately, and that's what I found right there.
