just started taking my 2 dogs here and im glad i did!!!! these groomers really care and i trust them 100%..always very nice, quick, and attentive. i will never go any where else!!! thanks ladies!!!v :)) more

I had lost my job and neglected the expense of the dogs regular haircuts....finally I found these girls and they did the best job with my little guy and the price was very reasonable for the work that was involved. I was pleased, my dogs feel and look great and the ladies there were so understanding. thank you ladies!! more

There is a new female employee that has been answering the phone that is short everytime I have called to make an appt. The owner has always been great and I have never had problem getting an appt. It seems to me that this new employee doesn't care about keeping the owner's clientele. Not to mention, she is never very friendly on the phone. Hope she likes animals! I was very nervous taking my dog here as I have been very upset by the way my dog was muzzled at other well-known coughpetsmartcough places. He has been so effected in the past that he would not let me touch his face when I would brush him. I tried this place and could tell the difference in his demeanor when I picked him up as he was happy and calm and not shaking. He didn't try to drag me out of the door and he didn't smell like purfume, just a clean dog. I hope to see you there, as it will be the only place for me in the future. By the way, it cost me less than the other place and it was done the way I asked and I didn't get that counter girl attitude that often comes with the other place. Try it. You won't be unsatisfied. My dog has been tramatized by groomers in the past to the point of not wanting to subject her to yet another grooming session. Finally, I could wait no longer and tried this one. My dog was welcomed not by a rope around her head, but instead invited to walk around and get comfortable with her surroundings. The other dogs were kenneled and she was fine. After her grooming session I came to pick her up and she was wagging her tail and happy and prancing instead of the normal shaking and hating her mommy episodes. She was given a bone to bring home with her and I will not take her anywhere else ever. My dog was treated like the family member she is. Pros: Your dog will feel pampered and will leave with a new friend, the groomers. Cons: I didn't find it sooner. more

these ladies are awesome, its the only place ill take my two dogs. only groomer i have ever trusted leaving my dogs too. They are kind, quick and attentive! more

I just moved up here to Charlotte from Orlando FL earlier this year and really did not like some of the groomers that my owners were taking me to. After I tried several different ones, they finally took me to Fuzzy Faces. These ladies really know how to take care of me. They make me feel so good, so clean and so happy.
