Review content:
My dog has been tramatized by groomers in the past to the point of not wanting to subject her to yet another grooming session. Finally, I could wait no longer and tried this one. My dog was welcomed not by a rope around her head, but instead invited to walk around and get comfortable with her surroundings. The other dogs were kenneled and she was fine. After her grooming session I came to pick her up and she was wagging her tail and happy and prancing instead of the normal shaking and hating her mommy episodes. She was given a bone to bring home with her and I will not take her anywhere else ever. My dog was treated like the family member she is.
Pros: Your dog will feel pampered and will leave with a new friend, the groomers.
Cons: I didn't find it sooner.
