The people are great, but the service is not as "Qwik" as it should be. If you are going to advertise Qwik Lane service, an oil/filter change should not take 3 1/2 hours. I realize their are peak times, which is why I made an appointment. If you are going to advertixe the service, dedicate the staff to it! more

Every time I bring my Santa Fe in, Maribel, my service advisor, is quick, professional, and friendly. I have only had to do regular maintenance and my car is always in and out in 3 to 4 hours. It is my 3rd Hyundai and couldn't recommend them more highly. more

Jimmy was very helpful and personable. He knew a lot about each of the cars and didn't have to tell me that he'd have to look up any of the features like the dealer over at Honda did. All in all it was a pleasant and quick experience... Well as quick as buying a car can be I suppose. more
