Communication & Attentive 8/21/2014

I had to leave my car over the weekend due to a bad clutch. They set me up with a rental car (since it's in warranty) and Kim kept communication with me, letting me know what was happening with my car and what they are doing without me needing to call. He was corteous, polite and nice, highly appreciated. more

Excellent Service 8/21/2014

This is my second time going into the place for service. As soon as I drove up someone already there to greeting me with the smile. the service person ask me if I bring any coupon, but I forgot to print it out from my email. He told me not to worry about it and he still gave me the discount. When I pick up the car, the service person was very nice also greeted me with a smile. I really feel that they care about the customer and their job. The price is so reasonable. I drove all the way from San Leandro to Concord for service and it is worth the drive. more
