I loved this place, they were all so helpful. I recently bought my couches there. But previously purchased my daughters bunk bed, my coffee table and end tables and also my kitchen table there. And still love them all. more

great place friendly and big selection to choose from. Tom tosh was the friendliest and most helpful when we visited the store. We felt comfortable with our trip into furniture connexion. What a great furniture place. Very large site so much to choose from my daughter and i was greeted by Tom Tosh the salesman who helped us he had a huge smile and a real knowledge of furnitur. I was hesitant about going in because it just looked like a big warehouse and was soon glad that I did. Wonderfull service and nice quality furniture. what a great place for quality and good prices. I went in looking for a recliner and other items to furnish my new home and was greeted by a smiling face and a hand shake. The salesman Tom Tosh took alot of time with me trying to pick out just the right pieces of furniture I wanted. I was real impressed with the furniture connxion in gresham. I was visiting a friend and she was headed to furniture connxion to buy a recliner and ottoman so decieded to ride along. We was greated right away by a smiling salesman by the name of Tom he took us both all through the building showing us what seemed like a dozen or so recliners. My friend bought a recliner and in the process I bought a table and a couple lamps for my den. The salesman offered me his buseness card. I had let him know I was interested in a complete living room set and maybe a bed.I will be visiting furniture connxion again real soon to make those purchases and intend to bring my mom and sister in to get some of their purchases as well. Thanks to Tom Tosh I am enjoying what I have already purchesed. Thanks a million more

im new to the Portland Metro area. I moved here to relocate for my job and needed a few new items of furniture. furniture connextion was highly recommended by a friend who has shopped there several timrs.I stopped by to see what it was like and had a good feeling about the place. When i walked in I had ask for Tom Tosh because thats what the card I was given by my friend read. He introdused his self with a smile and hand shake. He showed me around for a bit and said he would give me time to browse around I was real impressed by that. There is nothing worse than having a sales person breathing down your back. He returned in a little bit and showed me several piecess of furniture and took the time to answer all my questions. I bought a living room set and a couple dressers. I have to say I was impressed from the hello smile and hand shake i received from Tom, The furniture I purchessed is beautiful in my new home I will be sure to tell all my friends and co workes about the furniture connxion. Came into to this store looking for a new recliner for my mom decided not to buy anything this trip I am saving up to get her a reclining sofa instead there prices are the best around and i have done a lot of shopping in the area, the salesman that helped us was Cole like the previous review said he is super friendly and knowledgeable more

Had lots of great deals! The salesman that helped me, Cole B, was VERY HELPFUL and extremely knowledgeable. I would go back and buy from them! Ask for cole when you go because he is the best salesperson I have found. He isnt pushy and will help you find what you need! more

We recently bought a new home and needed furniture for a lot of rooms. Had never been to Furniture Connexion before and I must say The customer service was like non I had experienced at ANY other retailers. They were right there when we needed them and allowed space for us to look around without hovering. Did I mention the prices and deals? Not yet...Let me just say it was amazing to get so much furniture for the price we paid. The handy delivery service just added to our joy... My Sealy mattress that I had for 10 years finally met it's end. I first went to a few the big box mattress stores, Ikea, and wound up at Mattress World. The sales staff were pushy and I felt forced into putting down a deposit on a memory foam mattress, which I didn't want. I decided to head over to Furniture Connexion where I was greeted by sales associate Scott. He was friendly, helpful, but also gave me the space I needed to try out the mattresses. When I had questions, he was there when I needed him and had a plethora of information. Since I've gotten my mattress I have honestly never slept better. more

We ordered a dining room set and couch set from the store in Portland. Delivery was included. When they delivered our furniture we noticed a bench was missing from the table and were told that it was on back order and we would get it when it came in. Two months passed and I finally called the store. They called me back and said that it was in but that they could not deliver it because their delivery company already came out to our house. How is that our problem? So we could get our money back or come pick it up. We will never shop from them again and I don't recommend using them because if something is not as expected they won't do the right thing. more

Go TO JERRY JENSEN at Beaverton! Went to Gresham location and got ""used car salesmen"" experience. More than that - the guy lied to us and we caught him on it. He kept saying there will be no problem ordering this and that, and when it came to ordering -bummer. We asked him about Beaverton location if it has same furniture, and if it's bigger, he lied to us that it's not bigger, and they have less furniture in their showroom. We were passing by the Beaverton location and went in. What a day and night difference! Very nice floor, more pieces are shown - and a great selection of dining room sets! we bought pretty much two bedroom sets and a dining room table/chairs- their salesman Jerry Jensen took a VERY good care of us! He was so professional, straightforward, and honest. Honest - such a rarity to find in sales department! We ended up buying more than planned :) We did not like the couches they had, it's probably better to go elsewhere for that. Prices are great for couches, but the quality wont last 10 years and the fabrics are not practical (personal opinion) The bedroom sets are good, if you are willing to spend a little more you may get something of a very good quality. Overall prices are much better than anywhere else. They have nice quality coffee tables and entertainment stands. Fake plants are decently priced, and even some art pieces are great. We don't know about the rest of sales staff, but Jerry Jensen is great. Go and ask for him - you'll see he is a very good person, and a great salesman to work with. more

They had the best price of 4 places, they were super nice to work with and they pulled a few strings and delivered my new bedroom set that same day... I highly recommend them! THANKS... more

Go to the back of the store first where all the clearance items are, you wont believe the prices, incredible!
