I have wanted to eat at Fulton's for about 2 years, so when my husband and I went to Disney in May 2007, we decided to do Fulton's on our first night there. From the outside the boat was beautiful, and allures a great deal of people, but the inside is much different. It is very lowly lit with dark wood everywhere; it is very much in need of an update. It almost reminded me of Friday's. We made reservations, and even we had to wait 15 mins. People also came in without reservations, and they were turned away. It was only a Wednesday night for goodness sake! Meanwhile we got 2 very $$$$ vodka and tonics. Our Waiter finally took us back to our table, but it wasn't ready so he made us stand in the crowded room while everyone was eating and watching us stand around. He then (apologetically) took us back to the lobby where we waited a bit more until the stressed out waiters got another table. Unfortunately when we went back again the SAME thing happened, and we returned to the lobby. When we finally did get our table it was not clean. I put my hand on the menu and got a gob of cream cheese all over it. When the waitress came she did not care in the least, but she did bring me a wet cloth. How wonderful. We were seated extremely close to another table; it was almost like they were part of our party. When they left a huge LOUD Puerta Rican family arrived, and overpower everything I tried to talk to my husband about. Our meals took FOREVER, and they forgot to bring the claws. I thought our waitress was a Bitc#, as did my husband; I am only a 27 yr old teacher so please don't think I am this rich thing who expects everything. I got a less expensive meal, as did my husband and it came to $90; normally I wouldn't complain, but this place was not a great restaurant.
Pros: Great Snow Crab!
Cons: OK martinis, Extremely overpriced! Horrible atmosphere, OVERCROWDED, stressed out waiters, bad service.
