Review content:
I called and asked to speak to some one in customer service. I was transferred and a lady answered and she said how can I help you as I got to mid sentence she told me to hold on then I could hear her talk to some one else in the back ground. She then came back and I told her that I am trying to locate a purchase receipt for a computer. She then asked me to call them back. What happened to Customer Service and taking down my number and asking if you can call back.
