Set up an apt to have AC condensate drain line cleaned. Alan Sykes called, about 1/2 hr before arrival to let us know he was on his way. Alan arrived as scheduled, and inspected the unit inside, and cleaned the condensate drain line. He gave us info on the Frymire Preferred Maint Plan, no pressure from Alan to purchase, just provided info and clarified a few questions we had about the Plan terms. We choose to go with the Plan given the age of our unit. Alan did a great job.
