Great Company. I did read the reviews of FRSR before I hired them and found that this is a great company with great customer service. My wife and I hired them to install a patio, pergola, and BBQ at our Home. Eric and the team he has assembled is the best we have found. We met with Matt and he could not have helped us anymore with our project before we started. The day we started we met with Eric and his foreman Joaquin. The crew not only installed the project way above our expectations, they could not be more professional, even cleaning up the project every night. We look forward to the lasting relationship we have with Eric and his crew. more

Bad experience with thier work and warranty. Cracking,chipping and peeling of my stamped concrete within 4 months.They don't answer your calls once they know you have a problem. more

We hired FRSR after meeting with Chad at The Colorado Garden and Home Show in February to install an outdoor kitchen and pergola on our Patio. We enjoyed meeting with Chad and after the meeting my wife and I shifted through all of the companies we spoke with and did research on all of them. After researching FRSR we had them out to give us a bid and the price was very reasonable so we choose to hire them as well as the most through proposal. Eric and his crew were on time and very professional during the construction process, even cleaning up every night as well as keeping us in the loop. The project came out better that we could have imagined and would highly recommend FRSR to anyone looking for a wonderful Outdoor Living Company. Eric we applaud the team you have put together, we look forward to many years of great entertaining on our patio. more

Wonderful Landscape Project. I met with Eric from FRSR to design our new landscape for our new home, I could not be happier. Eric came up with an incredible design that had everything we wanted and was able to make it very functual. The crew could not have been more professional and was very helpful and even helped me understand the project. Eric was out more than I can count to make sure I was comfortable with the project as well to check on the crew to make sure nothing was missed. What I liked most is nothing was sub contracted out all items, stamped concrete patio, Outdoor Kitchen, Firepit, Water Feature and complete landscape was done in house. Could not be happier with our new stamped patio and built in kitchen. We could not have been more impressed with the professionalism of this company. Having worked with other contractors on our home remodel, I can not say enough how wonderful it was to work with the team Eric has put together. I hired FRSR to do a patio and Firepit project for my house. I first meet with Chad and what a great experience, he was very informative and knew what we were looking for. I was also pleasantly surprised that we were able to get the quote right there, which came as a shock as two other companies never gave me a bid. When the job started Eddie was or foreman and could not have been more of a gentleman and easy to work with on changes. The owner Eric was at our project on a regular basis to oversee the project and walk me through all of the steps. In the end we got exactly what we were looking for. Thanks Chad and Eddie for a wonderful job. Highly recommend more

I wanted to start this out by thanking again the crew that worked on my project, this would not have happened without them. When I first met with Stephan and Bob, I knew that FRSR was the company for us. They walked us through The entire process and helped my wife and myself understand the process. They even took the extra step to explain why the could do the work in December and have it ready for Christmas. Once we decided what were were going to do Stephan brought out various color samples for the patio, stone samples for the fire pit as well as the stucco. I was very impressed as we did not have to go anywhere out of our way to get the project going, which was very important as I travel with work. The day the project started I was out of town and Eric (owner) came out with the crew and walked the project with my wife and put her at ease. Eddie the crew Forman was also very helpful and easy to speak with. Through out the project Eric stopped by on a regular basis to speak with us and Eddie also let us know what was going on every step of the way. I do have to say that really made a difference as we felt apart of the project. During the course of our project we did get a few delays due to weather but the crew always covered the area in special blankets, and Eric keep us informed as to what was going on and update the schedule. Eddie and his crew were able to complete out patio project in time for Christmas. Even though it was slightly optimal weather we still were able to enjoy the fire put and make s'mores and enjoy a good cup of mulled wine. Thanks again for all your hard work and now giving us a new Christmas tradition. more

These guys will verbally tell you everything you would like to hear in a trustworthy company. PLEASE do not trust anything they have to say. If you sign their contract, please read, read and read it again. They will only stick by what the contract states and not what they verbally tell you. They also use tactics such as stating you are hostile to get out of sticking by their word. Save the frustration it takes to deal with them and go with someone else. We are having our patio done again b/c in less then 5 months it looks unprofessional, color is spotty and though red has white spots throughout and is chipping and is cracked. more

I really do not write reviews like this but for FRSR I had to, wanted people to know how great they are. Eric has assembled a wonderful staff which starts with Chad the Northern Colorado Sales Rep. He came out and meet with me and my wife. He was on time, had great photos and walked us through a design and priced it right there. After we contracted with FRSR, Eric the owner came out with Chad and brought us color and pattern samples even a sample of the wood for the pergola. When the project started Roberto was our foreman and could not be more polite and professional. FRSR completed our new Stamped Patio, Pergola and Firepit on time as they said they would for our big family Halloween Party. Wonderful Job we could not be happier- Jim more

I met with Stephan from FRSR and could not believe how professional he was as well as the presentation. He was able to walk me through extensive photos, then helped me design my outdoor area, and the best part left me with a bid, design. In reviewing the proposal not only was it a fair price but broke down all itmes I wanted to do. After my initial meeting with Stephan i had a few additional items I wanted bid on and he got right back to me. Once my wife and I decided to hire FRSR we met with Stephan gain and he walked us through patterns and colors, even bringing samples for us to look at. The day the project started the owner Eric was with the crew to get them started, I do have to say I was very impressed that the owner was involved with our project. Eric introduced me the the foreman that ran the crew Eddie and we all walked through the project to get my feel for what we wanted in the end. Eddie and his crew could not have been harder workers, and helped explain all aspects of the project to us. What impressed me most is every night they left they cleanup the yard better than it was before they started. Through out the project Eric stopped by at least twice a day to make sure we were happy with everything. The project could not have come out better and we love using our new space. Our sincerest thanks to Eric and his crew for doing a wonderful job. We highly recommend them to anyone looking to get a quality outdoor project more

Would NEVER recommend this company! First of all Eric was totally unprofessional once the contract was signed and actually yelled at a contractor I had at my home! Steve smoothes things over and once the project is complete, will never return your calls. We were told the concrete patio would remain pretty cool even in the summer months under childrens' feet--- not true. If my children were barefoot on this patio, they would surely burn their feet as I have done! The color is very inconsistent and there are tons of pock marks all over the patio. It looks very sloppy. All of the low voltage lighting bulbs burnt out the first month. We can't get any answers from the company and have just cut our losses. No returned calls from them and no referred business from us! more

I would like to thank Steve, Eric and the crew that made our dream backyard patio a reality. From our first meeting with Steve, to design the patio we knew this company was the best out there. After the design was in place Eric and his crew came out and worked very hard on the project. I was really pleased with the daily contact that I had with Eric, and how smooth he made the project go. I also want to thank the crew that worked very hard Antonio and guys were very friendly, courteous, and best of all allowed my 5 year old son to help and watch as much as he could. I just want everyone to know that I would not recommend this company. Eric ""President"" is a very hard person to deal with. He was nice at first but after he got the contract he turned into an Ahole. Never once did he call or ask how the project was going. It was always after the work was completed that I would have to go back and correct them on the job. After the project was completed, I had warranty issues. Try calling FRSR (always get the answering machine),got no response. Try emailling them to get no response also. This company is nothing but headaches. How does he sleep at night? I regret using this company. Next time I will do more research before I hire someone. more
