Would NEVER recommend this company! First of all Eric was totally unprofessional once the contract was signed and actually yelled at a contractor I had at my home! Steve smoothes things over and once the project is complete, will never return your calls. We were told the concrete patio would remain pretty cool even in the summer months under childrens' feet--- not true. If my children were barefoot on this patio, they would surely burn their feet as I have done! The color is very inconsistent and there are tons of pock marks all over the patio. It looks very sloppy. All of the low voltage lighting bulbs burnt out the first month. We can't get any answers from the company and have just cut our losses. No returned calls from them and no referred business from us!
