I went to Dr Frost with a chronic pain and restricted movement in my left arm. The general doctors all told me I was getting old and arthritis may be setting in. They wanted to prescribe drugs. At first, I was skeptical about chiropractics due to the ""voo-doo"" regular physicians label with them; however, I have been to several doctors about my health, and Dr Frost is the only doctor who was able to give me an answer and solution to my health problems, based on his understanding of health and chiropractics. His knowledge of the body and how it works is phenomenal, along with his compassion and faith for what he does for his patients, which he showed deeply after my car accident. Although I was not in any pain, he still insisted I come in to see him that afternoon. If I had ignored his request, I would have regretted it. The passion Dr Frost has for his patients and their well-beings is indescribable and priceless because it is rare to find a doctor who is filled with that much passion and concern for others, and it radiates on those around him. His staff alone is wonderful and kindhearted is every possible way, and they are very welcoming with every patient I've seen walk through the doors of their office. Germantown Collierville chiropractor was not effective at all! And there were some highly questionable practices at the office. Why did they need my insurance information TO FILE when I was paying everything for myself. What do you say when word comes back that they were filing on your insurance, too?!? Why? I have spoken to others who were aware of similar situations happening there. And now, we come to find out that the Medicare system is not paying his office either. Why? Is it due to bad chiropractic service, or is there an investigation going on into bad business practices and payments have been suspended in lieu of judgment? I've also spoken to others involved with this business who are VERY unhappy with the Dr. Frost's character and performance. AVOID! Pros: parking Cons: everything else. more
