Review content:
Experienced debilitating neck pain that limited my mobility for over a year. An ortho surgeon and 2 other chiros were not able to help fix my neck. Found Frost through CrossFit Collierville and he had my feeling better within a week. Pain is gone. Fingers still numb at times but I don't expect to go away, totally. My range of motion is getting better each week and now I am able to train at a high intense level with no pain. The man knows his stuff. He has me back on track.
