I had lived with back, shoulder and neck pain for 20 years. My pain overcame my fear of chiropractics and I started going to a highly recommended clinic in Arkansas. They were able to bring some relief, but not ridding me of my pain. I was doomed to visiting a chiropractor every week for relief of pain. After moving to Collierville, TN and not knowing anyone, I was introduced to Dr. Frost through Lifetime Fitness. If Lifetime was willing to trust Dr. Frost , I hoped he would be the answer to my constant nagging pain. During my first visit Dr. Frost diagnosed 4 ribs out of place in my back that had never been addressed. This explained the pain that began over 20 years ago between my shoulders after my first pregnancy! Scar tissue had built up on my shoulders triggering more strain and stress on my neck. Dr. Frost has a unique combination of physical therapy and chiropractics for long term health. He prescribed and trained me in specific exercises designed to address my specific health issues. I appreciate the commitment that Dr. Frost has towards getting his patients back to feeling the best they've felt in years. My new back and neck posture makes me look years younger! Thanks Dr. Frost for your gift in diagnostics, years of research for most effective care, and treating me as an individual. I'll be sending those I care about your direction.
