I called Frontline when my office manager went into labor 2 months early and they had a qualified, personable; overall excellent candidate to me within a few hours. Tammy has worked out wonderfully and is still with us; as my previous Office Manager decided not to return. I highly recommend this group. They found me a great long term employee! more

Awesome Screening Process 5/30/2012

As a former HR Manager, I truly appreciate Frontline's extensive candidate screening process and as a job-seeker I am very grateful they spent the time with me! My Recruiter really found out what is important to me in a position and asked detailed questions about my skill set to make sure she placed me with the best company. AWESOME Agency 3/28/2012

AWESOME agency. I have used three other agencies in Nashville to hire accounting professionals and none come close to this group. The candidates they sent me were top notch and the customer service they provided was impeccable. The Recruiter I worked with came out and visited our office and really spent the time to understand the skill set and personality that would excel in our environment; definitely not resume pushers! Highly recommend to anyone looking to hire or anyone looking for a job! more

Repeat Company 3/1/2012

We called Frontline for a contract to hire Accountant. That was over a year ago and since then we have used them to fill administrative, accounting, engineering and legal positions throughout our company. Their ability to find great candidates is amazing and their customer service is above what I ever expected. We will continue to use the Nashville team as we continue to grow. Thanks Frontline! more

Really listen to the people they represent 10/3/2011

I have worked with a few other agencies and Frontline is hands down the best. I spoke with a Recruiter on the phone about a Financial Analyst role and then scheduled a time to come in and meet with him. He went over my entire background, spent the time to really understand my skills and a week later sent me out on a 6 month contract assignment that is a perfect match for my background. This agency really takes the time to listen to the people they represent. Highly recommend this group to anyone looking for an ethical, high integrity company. more

Great response, people and customer service 8/30/2011

I called Frontline after my Receptionist left suddenly and within a day I had three great candidates to pick from. I interviewed and hired same day and we could not have found a better fit. The team at Frontline knew that I needed a great person quickly and they delivered! Great quality candidates and very responsive 8/12/2011

I'm a very qualified Administrative Assistant having worked with two of the larger employers in Nashville. I left my interview with them feeling, not invaded by ticks and fleas, but by DJ. Its hard with my career and background to be treated with such shameful disrespect. more

Best agency in Nashville! 8/24/2010

I was contacted by a recruiter at Frontline about an accounting position 3 months ago. I was wary about working with another agency since I have had bad experiences in the past, but Frontline is very different. The entire team at Frontline is helpful, very knowledgeable about the Middle Tennessee market and honestly treated me with respect. They made the interview process easy and did a great job of preparing me for the interview with their client. more
