Front Street Home Furnishings

I have purchased furniture from Front Street on four different occasions. I have never had any bad experiences with them. They definitely won't jump all over you when you walk in the door like some of the higher end furniture stores do, but I personally like that. I do know that they have the cheapest prices around for Ashley furniture, compared to Wilson's, JR Furniture, Summit Furniture, and Wiser's As-is. We have had nothing but positive experiences at Front Street Home Furnishings! It is the first store we think of when it is time to buy furniture. It is a bit of a drive for us...about 45 minutes, but well worth it. We purchased our family room furniture and our kitchen table and chairs from them. We have been very satisfied with the customer service and furniture quality. We are are heading up today to find some furniture for our bonus room! Thank you, Front Street! My husband and I ordered a table and chairs from this furniture store. They told us it would arrive in 2 weeks OR LESS because it wasn't back ordered. I called after 2 weeks.....hadn't arrived. I called after ANOTHER 2 weeks....evidently now it was on back order. Finally, almost 2 months from when we ordered (and paid) for our table, it arrived. They also charged us the wrong amount for the stools, and they discovered we owed them over $30 more than we originally paid. Instead of just letting that go, because of the inconvenience they caused, they still charged us that amount. Not only that, they didn't tell us when we picked up the table, they called right after we left. We never received an apology for their mistakes, and I would never buy anything from them again.
