Terrible customer service 4/28/2008

My husband and I ordered a table and chairs from this furniture store. They told us it would arrive in 2 weeks OR LESS because it wasn't back ordered. I called after 2 weeks.....hadn't arrived. I called after ANOTHER 2 weeks....evidently now it was on back order. Finally, almost 2 months from when we ordered (and paid) for our table, it arrived. They also charged us the wrong amount for the stools, and they discovered we owed them over $30 more than we originally paid. Instead of just letting that go, because of the inconvenience they caused, they still charged us that amount. Not only that, they didn't tell us when we picked up the table, they called right after we left. We never received an apology for their mistakes, and I would never buy anything from them again.
