Well they now have Elaine who seems nice but is very slow to get repairs done. Probably because they are understaffed for the size of this place. The pricing is very high for a park that's maintenance is mediocre at best. Their maintenance man's trailer looks like a trash dump and it is one of the first trailers that you see. Very few people maintain their trailers. Making it hard for those of thus that do. Rules are hardly enforced and are sporadically enforced at best. Many people have trash all around their trailers...thus comes the term ....trailer trash! When they have tornado warnings the maintenance man and his wife go in the club house for safety and lock those of us that pay rent here out. It is a shame the City of Sellersburg doesn't do something to make them clean these places up. They have many empty trailers owned by the park and they look ramshackled and ran down! If I can sell my trailer I am out of here. What a shame the owners don't have to live here!! more

6 months ago i bought my trailer and on the 15th of this month it burned to the ground thankfully we all got out. after talking with the fire dept i found out that dixi the bit@h of a property manager did not file a single permit for any of the work that was done on my trailer. wich was a refurbish included electrical. she has tryed to fine me on several occasions i had a car fire april 1st and she got on to me about haveing the car removed imediatly or i will be fined. Aslo hired her and her people to repair storm damaged and again they did not file building permits and took 4 months to do a job that should have taken 3 days. I never had my back porch put in that was promised when i bought the trailer THANK GOD OUR NEIGHBOR GAVE US A OLD SET OF STAIRS OR WE WOULD HAVE NOT GOTTON OUT. she piles fees on top of fees and holds everyone to rules that dont exist except herself and her family Do your self a favor and stay far away from indian oaks while dixi is in office. you are putting yourself and you family at risk through a tremendous amount of shotty work and neglagence more

Dixie is the worst Park manager ever!\r Once When I was at the park and Dixies Grandson Was throwing rocks and Calling My friends little brother names, So his big sister (my friend) stood up for him. When her and her young brother told their mother she went to talk to Dixie. Dixie then threatened to Evict her. The mother and her children Lived here for two months, one month up to tht moment and one month after. My mother worked with Their mother so I knew she was a very nice women and so were her children!\r So That just goes to show Dixie Shouldnt be running this place! Pros: Some of my friends live here. you guys are so right i lived there about two years ago and she was so out of it we moved you can,t talk too her she just go,s nut,s i think she has mental problem she should be fired for the stuff she pulls on eveybody who live there i feel sorry for all you that live there and can,t move dixi go see a shrink and get your head looked at you crazy a$$ and see why your like that!!!!!!! Yah he?s not kidding that f!@#%&$ conniving fat obese B!%#@ fined me $50 for putting my dog out side, when she has two of her dog tied up out side they are outside dogs, mine I just let out to ues the bathroom, Not cutting my grass when it was 2 ? inches tall but her f&@%in family grass was way taller than mine it was vary hot outside temperatures was in the 90s it was an Ozone week we had a heat advisory ?s no rain in 4 months the grass was dead do to the heat and I get a $50.00 fine. Not only that her f@&%$# grand daughter who lives with her just recently got marred funny how lot rent use to be 230 a month and went up to 255 but as soon as she got married lot rent went back down to 230 aging. Guess who paid for the wedding not her the people in the park but no got invited not that I wanted to go. Dixie lies so much she is vary twofaced nice to you up front until you get your place she?s got her commission from you and then she turns into a B@#%& . She says they will fix my porch when I bought the place I have lived her for 3 years and my step is still broken on my porch, she will find something to fine you for and its no ware in the contract saying that she can fine you for just whatever ?. Like the other guy said don?t buy a home out here as long as Dixie stays. this place every one out in this park HATES her and cant stand that fat A $ $ B@%!&.
