Yah he?s not kidding that f!@#%&$ conniving fat obese B!%#@ fined me $50 for putting my dog out side, when she has two of her dog tied up out side they are outside dogs, mine I just let out to ues the bathroom, Not cutting my grass when it was 2 ? inches tall but her f&@%in family grass was way taller than mine it was vary hot outside temperatures was in the 90s it was an Ozone week we had a heat advisory ?s no rain in 4 months the grass was dead do to the heat and I get a $50.00 fine. Not only that her f@&%$# grand daughter who lives with her just recently got marred funny how lot rent use to be 230 a month and went up to 255 but as soon as she got married lot rent went back down to 230 aging. Guess who paid for the wedding not her the people in the park but no got invited not that I wanted to go. Dixie lies so much she is vary twofaced nice to you up front until you get your place she?s got her commission from you and then she turns into a B@#%& . She says they will fix my porch when I bought the place I have lived her for 3 years and my step is still broken on my porch, she will find something to fine you for and its no ware in the contract saying that she can fine you for just whatever ?. Like the other guy said don?t buy a home out here as long as Dixie stays. this place every one out in this park HATES her and cant stand that fat A $ $ B@%!&. YES the pepole are nice just not the lady i the office.
