Well they now have Elaine who seems nice but is very slow to get repairs done. Probably because they are understaffed for the size of this place. The pricing is very high for a park that's maintenance is mediocre at best. Their maintenance man's trailer looks like a trash dump and it is one of the first trailers that you see. Very few people maintain their trailers. Making it hard for those of thus that do. Rules are hardly enforced and are sporadically enforced at best. Many people have trash all around their trailers...thus comes the term ....trailer trash! When they have tornado warnings the maintenance man and his wife go in the club house for safety and lock those of us that pay rent here out. It is a shame the City of Sellersburg doesn't do something to make them clean these places up. They have many empty trailers owned by the park and they look ramshackled and ran down! If I can sell my trailer I am out of here. What a shame the owners don't have to live here!!
