Honest service 10/26/2016

They came to service my heater. Simple. I also had questions about adding another vent or two to my room. They were all in, until they really dug into my heater. They told me not to do it, what don't hire you and spend money? But they said my heater is just not big enough to support more vents, and where the vent needs to go easily would be off the main line and all the heat would go there and nowhere else. I really appreciated their honesty. So many people would have just done the work, but they didn't want me to waiste money. Thanks guys. more

Beside the fact that he had other jobs waiting for him, he stuck with the problem we were having until it was working properly. He had to pick up a part to install and find a little time for lunch, but he handles everything very well. We are very pleased. Thank him. more

Courteuos and professional 10/2/2016

There was a problem with a rattle nd air leak in the ductwork after they left. They were back the next morning and fixed the problem. Wish they had told me about the available rebates by installing a high efficiency furnace. more
