They came to service my heater. Simple. I also had questions about adding another vent or two to my room. They were all in, until they really dug into my heater. They told me not to do it, what don't hire you and spend money? But they said my heater is just not big enough to support more vents, and where the vent needs to go easily would be off the main line and all the heat would go there and nowhere else. I really appreciated their honesty. So many people would have just done the work, but they didn't want me to waiste money. Thanks guys.
