Avoid Friendly Computers at all costs! 6/2/2011

The absolute worst company of all times! We have used Friendly Computers in the past, but our most recent experience will most certainly be our last. Bill Schubert, the owner of Friendly Computers, admitted to corrupting my data when he backed my files up, but later recanted and said the files may have been corrupted at the time of back up. When he returned my computer (he had it for 5 days), nothing worked or was missing altogether. Even our QuickBooks files! more

Friendly is right! 4/29/2010

Bill and Dana at Friendly Computers are fantastic. A virus ate my laptop. Took it in and with 24 hours, Friendly Computers had it back with all my data intact. Friendly they are with their attention to your needs. Very reasonably priced as well. Pros: Location, personal attention, easy, and quickness more
