The absolute worst company of all times! We have used Friendly Computers in the past, but our most recent experience will most certainly be our last. Bill Schubert, the owner of Friendly Computers, admitted to corrupting my data when he backed my files up, but later recanted and said the files may have been corrupted at the time of back up. When he returned my computer (he had it for 5 days), nothing worked or was missing altogether. Even our QuickBooks files!
