I'm a 21 year old guy and I go to Fresh Salon. That's right, I said it. It's great. It's bright, open and very clean. Ask for Veronica. She's been cutting my hair for a while and she always gets it RIGHT! She keeps things fresh...just like the Salon. I like it because I can EXACTLY what I want at a great price AND get the stuff to do my hair at home all right there. Fantastic cut and color every time! 3/2/2010

I've gone to more than one colorist at Fresh and I see it as a testament to the quality of the stylists hired by the salon that I've been very happy with my color each time. I always go to Veronica for my cut because she is so great - she listens to my questions and concerns and proceeds accordingly, always with my best interests in mind. She also makes a point of trying the salon's products on her own hair so that she can make honest and accurate recommendations for her clients. I live in the northwest corner of Charlotte and I gladly make the drive to Fresh to see Veronica! Pros: Extremely knowledgeable stylists more

Great Style / Great Stylist 3/1/2010

I had Kaia for color and Nikki do the cut, and I have to say this is the best in Charlotte. I moved to Charlotte about 4 years ago, and have been to 3 different salons all with high prices and not great results. I was starting to think I just not going to get what I was looking for, but Fresh stands behind the name! Fresh people and they know what they are doing. A Breath of ""Fresh"" Air 2/27/2010

I knew after the first time that I visited Fresh Salon I wouldn't be going anywhere else. Not only did Veronica, my stylist, seem to know exactly how I wanted my hair done with very little explanation, but she made me feel relaxed and welcome. No longer do I have to deal with the hassle of constantly correcting my hair weeks after I just got it cut. Veronica got it right the first time! Best Salon in Charlotte 2/9/2010

I have been going to Fresh since it opened and I highly recomend Nicki and Adrena. They have been my stylists for over 10 years now and they are not only the best at what they do but they are also great friends. Also Kaia did my hair for my wedding day and my bridal portraits and it was perfect. There is nothing she cant do. All the staff there are the best in their field and no salon in Charlotte comes close. more

First of all congrats to Julia for your great success. You deserve it! I have been seeing Nikki and Adrena for well over 10 years for my cut and color and they are the best at what they do. I would not trust my hair to anyone else. And not only are they great stylists but they are also my good friends. Kaia also did my hair for my bridal portraits and on my wedding day and I couldn't be happier. I didn't even have to tell her what I wanted, I trusted her enough to do what she thought would look the best and it was better than anything I imagined. They have the friendliest staff and a very welcoming salon. No place comes close in comparision. Thank you all for everything! Pros: Best Stylists, Great Atmosphere, Nicest Staff Cons: NONE!!!!! more

Why did I choose Fresh Salon? For Nikki, of course! She has been my stylist for 8 years and I have followed her to Fresh. I love the atmosphere there. It is a gorgeous salon and the staff is fabulous! more

Color, color....everywhere 1/5/2010

I visited this Salon after having been to many of the stylists/colorists when they worked at previous salons. This was not my first time using this particular colorist, and I was so disappointed this round. I had very very noticeable color all over my face/scalp when she was done...when I asked for something to be done. I was told it was normal and that facial toner could take it off. She never apologized or tried to correct it. I had appointments following having my hair done and was so embarrassed when I walked around. I have had color before, and never was this the case. I never had color on my face inches (not fractions) past my hairline. I feel like I paid top dollar for an experience at this highly rated salon...and walked away with color on my face, and no apologies. Very enjoyable experience! 12/20/2009

I tried mulitple stylists in Charlotte and was never pleased. I moved to AZ and found the perfect stylist and hair color for me. When I returned here, I dreaded the process of finding a stylist again. A friend referred me to Adrena for color and I have been thrilled with the color and service from her and the salon. I get compliments on my hair almost daily. I recommend it to all of my clients and they have also been very pleased. Pros: Colorists specialize in hair color more

I used Nikki when she was at Planet 21 and I am soooo glad that I found her again. She is the best hairdresser I have ever had and I will never go to anyone else again. Great experience! 12/7/2009

Both my 13 year old daughter and myself had haircut appointments with Amanda recently, this was our first time at Fresh Salon. I cannot say enough about how wonderful the whole experience was for us and we love love love our haircuts! I have been to many different salons in the area and often find the front desk staff to be rude and unwilling to offer any kind of customer service. This has sent me away from a salon more than once. This is not the cast at Fresh. Everyone was so genuinely nice and seem to really care that we have a great experience. The salon is beautiful. Pros: Amazing customer service more

My daughter had used Nikki for years and lost touch when she changed salons. She was ecstatic when she found her again.. I just moved here and Nikki for my cut and Julia for color were great. The listened to my problems and, then did fantastic jobs. Go Fresh! Pros: great cut and color more

I LOVE FRESH SALON! 11/12/2009

I moved here two months ago and was referred to Lani and Lisa by my neighbor. I am very particular about my hair, and was very nervous. Lani gave me the best haircut I have ever had and I absolutely love the color Lisa recommended. I am so happy to have found this salon and these two young ladies. The atmosphere is so relaxing and refreshing, too! more

Great Salon, Great Stylists! 11/4/2009

Fresh is a great salon with experienced people! My daughter and I have the ""perfect duo"" with Kaia and Nikki. Kaia tames our naturally curly hair and Nikki's cuts are always perfect and best of all, they grow out well! Can't recommend them enough! Pros: Great stylist, great colorist, and great products! FRESH all that and more! 10/21/2009

One of the he hardest things to do when you move to a new city is to find a great stylist. Fortunately I did and have been with Tia (who cuts my hair) and Adrena (my colorist) for the last 3 years. I even followed them to their new salon. They always make me feel welcome and manage to fit me in for those last minute hair appointments. I love the new salon it's very different- almost spa like. From the minute you walk in to the moment you leave the entire staff manages to make you feel special. They are always on time and never rush you-its not your usual salon. Definitely worth a try!
