I visited this Salon after having been to many of the stylists/colorists when they worked at previous salons. This was not my first time using this particular colorist, and I was so disappointed this round. I had very very noticeable color all over my face/scalp when she was done...when I asked for something to be done. I was told it was normal and that facial toner could take it off. She never apologized or tried to correct it. I had appointments following having my hair done and was so embarrassed when I walked around. I have had color before, and never was this the case. I never had color on my face inches (not fractions) past my hairline. I feel like I paid top dollar for an experience at this highly rated salon...and walked away with color on my face, and no apologies.
Pros: Great cut
Cons: Poor color, long wait, little consultation time
