when i first called,the secratary seemed confused about the problems i described on my monitor, so i asked if i should even come in for service she affirmed that (even tough she didn't have a clue about what i was talking about) the techs would whatever, i'm just right around the corner, so i showed up, but they wouldn't see me without an appointment unless i ordered Express support it costed extra but i was in and out, like a revolving door Pros: They know what's up Cons: need appointment. more

More like ""One stop chop-shop"", don't take your pc to these people, on the owners myspace pge he says ""Your greatest weapon is your laptop and people are stupid enough to bring them to me"" now does that sound like someone that is trustworthy? They ripped me off for $190, I wish I would have read all of their reviews first, the whole staff is very very rude and they sold me a broken ipod and returned my daughters laptop in worse condition than it was in when dropped off, when I informed them that these items didn't work the moron told me that I would have to pay to get them fixed. They say they fix broken laptops and ipods, but I learned that they sell broken laptops and ipods. Cons: full of CONS more
