when i first called,the secratary seemed confused about the problems i described on my monitor, so i asked if i should even come in for service
she affirmed that (even tough she didn't have a clue about what i was talking about) the techs would
whatever, i'm just right around the corner, so i showed up, but they wouldn't see me without an appointment unless i ordered Express support
it costed extra but i was in and out, like a revolving door
Pros: They know what's up
