Good service, professional staff. Prices are good to moderate and the facilities are good too. My car is fine now and I would return in the future if needed. They have lots of locations around the area and the staff is very experienced. I like that they are a local buisness and not a chain. more

Fred's Your Guy 8/23/2005

No one likes to deal with car troubles; but if there is anything wrong with your transmission, go to Fred's. They were honest. Also, when told it would take most of the day to complete the work, they gave me a ride home. We were told exactly what work would be done, given the broken part, and told they could do another check-up if we felt it necessary. more

Don't call Fred! 7/22/2005

Didn't have a good experience here. They didn't fix the transmission correctly and they are expensive! I wouldn't recommend Fred's to anyone. Horriblr, horrible customer service! more

If your tranny's dead don't call fred! 4/21/2005

We took our vehicle to Freds to have the transmission fixed. We have had to bring the vehicle back to them a total of 3 times because they don't seem to know what they are doing. Not only do they NOT know how to fix a transmission, they also got grease stains all over my upholstery and broke my window, and are now refusing to pay for the damages they caused. If my transmission were to break again, I would rather buy a whole new car then give them my buisness again! more
