I went to this spa after doing extentsive research about local spas in the area and was very excited. When I arrived the salon was very tiny like walking into a closet. Parking was very limited on the street and the sidewalk was treacherous especially in the winter months. The sidewalk was not clear and very icy. I had a gift certificate from Spa Finder so I thought I would give this place a try. I got an herbal body wrap which was just okay. Nothing special. The woman did not provide any coverings or dressings as I stood there shivering being wrapped. Very uncomfortable. Like an idiot I returned for a second appointment (the only reason I went back was because my gift certificate had a large balance and I didn't think I could get my money from the first visit) When I arrived I explained I had jsut gotten my period and was in no mood to be wrapped in soaking wet bandages feeling nauseous and doubled over from severe cramps. I was told I was unable to reschedule my service for any other service and WAS CHARGED for NOTHING. I will never go back here. This salon knows nothing about customer service. There are way better salons out there. Try Rapunzel's in Lansdale. Pros: Can't think of any Cons: Unaccomodating Staff, Very tiny Spa more

I travel all over the world for my business and always make a point of having a massage or facial,so I have a lot of experience in this department. The facial I had here was by far the best I've ever had. The atmosphere is small, comfortable, intimate and inviting...kind of like your favorite slippers :-) I would actually feel comfortable arriving in my PJ's for a late evening appointment(as Fredricka told me some do!) What set her facial apart was not only her obvious experience but her massage. Since she does that too, her touch throughout the enitre facial was the best I've ever experienced. She also did not push products at the end. I was given a sheet with recommendations and some samples to try first. I booked a massage and a waxing appointment for next week. Pros: Obvious expertise and experience, small/intimate, great value... Cons: It's not big and "ritzy" but that's not what I would want in a place I go to again and again. That's a "treat" when I travel. more
