I went to this spa after doing extentsive research about local spas in the area and was very excited. When I arrived the salon was very tiny like walking into a closet. Parking was very limited on the street and the sidewalk was treacherous especially in the winter months. The sidewalk was not clear and very icy. I had a gift certificate from Spa Finder so I thought I would give this place a try. I got an herbal body wrap which was just okay. Nothing special. The woman did not provide any coverings or dressings as I stood there shivering being wrapped. Very uncomfortable. Like an idiot I returned for a second appointment (the only reason I went back was because my gift certificate had a large balance and I didn't think I could get my money from the first visit) When I arrived I explained I had jsut gotten my period and was in no mood to be wrapped in soaking wet bandages feeling nauseous and doubled over from severe cramps. I was told I was unable to reschedule my service for any other service and WAS CHARGED for NOTHING. I will never go back here. This salon knows nothing about customer service. There are way better salons out there. Try Rapunzel's in Lansdale.
